Consumer Reports Put Honda At The Top. . .Again!

After testing more than 300 vehicles, Consumer Report has again ranked Honda number 1. The independent non-profit product rating organization said that Honda continues to make better all-around vehicles than any other automaker.

The Automaker Report Cards are based on test and reliability data for every automaker for which at least 4 vehicles were tested. The final grade each receives is based on a composite of overall road test score as well as predicted Reliability averaged from all test models of each automaker. Government and insurance industry crash tests are also factors in the ratings. Consumer Report concluded that “the reliability of all Honda and Acura models is still the best of any automaker. “ Subaru and Honda came in second and third respectively. Chrysler vehicles ranked at the bottom of the ratings.
